- Do you have difficulty taking your dreams to the next level?
- Do you feel stuck in negative patterns either in your career or in love that no longer serve your life’s purpose?
- Would you like to have a healthier relationship but can’t seem to communicate your needs in a positive way?
- Do you desire abundance but can’t seem to manifest prosperity?
As a Psychotherapist and Life Coach for 25 years in private practice as well as working in both the nonprofit and business arena, I have been facilitating positive outcomes for individuals and families. I have expertise in the field of relationships, communication skills, creativity, addictions, chronic illness and career motivation and success.
I had been diagnosed early in life with a serious life-threatening illness and became depressed about life in general. Through a series of personal dramatic life-changing events I began a journey of self-discovery through the exploration of spiritual and psychological transformations. Since that time of awakening and learning to transform my thoughts and beliefs, my life became a series of daily miracles. I had always dreamed of being a writer but didn’t have the confidence in my abilities or how to manifest that desire. Now I can honestly report that I am a successful poet and writer and living the life I have always dreamed of. In so doing I have been able to help others manifest their dreams by looking beyond what they don’t have in their lives to both believe and manifest everything they do want…….love, abundance, clarity and serenity. I am clear that whatever we give our attention to and focus on is made manifest in our lives and that the only blockage to healthy relationships and prosperity are our beliefs about ourselves and others. When we shift our attitudes and beliefs, our lives transform dramatically. I am excited about the miracles that occur daily both in my life and the people I have been blessed to coach who are living the life they have dreamed of having.
Life Coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy. If a client is in a lot of emotional discomfort or pain and needing to resolve past wounds or issues from childhood, psychotherapy is a more productive option. Life Coaching clients have primarily dealt with and/or accepted their pasts and are more interested in planning for specific results to enhance their future. A Life Coach is a trained listener and observer though, who can objectively help a client focus on new options that a client may not have considered, and the coach facilitates the steps along this new path.
